my thought on Cryptologic are torn. While the software and games are
excellent, most Cryptologic casinos have the worst
customer service you can imagine. All I can say is its a good thing the
casinos run so smoothly, or anybody that played there would be able to tell
of a story where they were still waiting for a reply from the support. That
said; I've never, not once in 5 years, had a reason to contact support that
worth going thru the effort. That doesn't mean you won't; but i suggest you
always play for short stints of time, no more than an hour or so; and then
shut the casino down and open it back up. I can't say why this helps, but it
seems to help avoid problems, especially in the video poker games. I hope
